SUMMER BOOTCAMPS REGISTRATION NOW AVAILABLE

The Resilience Rockstars™ Bootcamp: Where High Intensity Meets Emotional Strength For more information or registration: **Email: christine@steppingstonesrochester.com **Text: 507-398-9408 **ALL BOOTCAMPS DEPENDENT ON AT LEAST 3 CHILDREN REGISTERING **YOUR CHILD'S SPOT IS NOT RESERVED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED Empower your child to move, regulate, and do hard things. Built on 30 years of pediatric OT expertise, our bootcamps provide a novel, movement-based approach for children with ADHD, anxiety, sensory processing differences, and high-functioning autism By combining high-intensity physical exercise with my proprietary Resilience Code™ framework, we don't just build stronger bodies—we build the emotional "grit" children need to handle life’s challenges without falling apart STRENGTH & MOTOR PLANNING We target core stability, bilateral coordination, and motor planning through high-intensity exercise circuits and complex obstacle courses Children build the physical endurance and activity tolerance necessary for success in both the classroom and daily life SENSORY REGULATION Utilizing targeted vestibular, proprioceptive, and tactile input, our bootcamp helps kids decrease sensory reactivity Through movement, they learn the tools for self-regulation and interoception, allowing them to feel more comfortable and focused in their own skin THE RESILIENCE CODE™ This is where the magic happens. We infuse every physical act with a psychological lesson. Whether it's using push-ups as a metaphor for "pushing through hard moments" or navigating a "just right" challenge on an obstacle course, kids learn to internalize our core mantra: "I can do hard things" The Result? Your child walks away with more than just a workout. They leave as a Resilience Rockstar—a child who can make mistakes without melting down, try new things even if they might fail, and feel genuinely proud of who they are Our 8-week structured program takes the guesswork out of progress, providing families with weekly themes and practical tools for carryover at home RESILIENCE ROCKSTARS "I can do hard things."
